• Your Plot will be purchased by us after assessing its value. • The deposit bond will be given equally to the assessed value of the Plot. • Existing Interest Rates on Deposits in Cherukuri Group – HUF will be applicable to the Deposit Bond. • The Deposit Bond should compulsorily be for a period of Minimum One Year to a Maximum of Three Years. • The Deposit can be either Fixed Deposit or a Cumulative Deposit.
